Dear SAC Parents,
> How to do my Science Fair Project
Word Document, 2.29 MB

Your child has an oppurtunity to prepare a project for the science fair. We hope you agree that the educational benefits of involvement to sience fair are numerous, as students develop skills in writing, oral presentation, creative thinking, and problem solving. Science Academy of Chicago believes that science fair has a great attributions on students science knowledge. This year, not only our students but also some other students from neighbouring schools will be able to show their efforts in front of judges and public.

That’s why we ask that you encourage your child and monitor his or her progress along the way. Your support is key to a successful project. It is important that your child wrestles with problems and tries to solve them. Guide your child whenever and wherever you can, but let the final project reflect your child's individual effort and design.

In addition, I will also be checking your child’s work weekly. To see and encourage him\her to start the project, please look at the schedule. Projects are due January 15, 2007
